Description
A contemporary floral painting inspired by the freshness of spring and the colours and movement I saw in the flowers around me. I used only a palette knife, without brushes or thinner, allowing the texture and layers of paint to create the sense of movement within the flowers.
I named this painting Upwards after the progress I was seeing in my coaching clients as they built confidence, made changes and looked towards what was next. It was one of three paintings in the Grow, Onwards, Upwards collection, one of my first collections to be exhibited in a gallery.
