Through my own experience of finding a different path in life without children, I support women who are navigating life as childless not by choice.
This can be a deeply painful and disorientating experience, especially when life looks different from what was once expected. In a world where there is often a strong narrative that meaning and purpose come through becoming a parent, it can feel as though your own sense of direction needs to be redefined or rebuilt. For many women I work with, this becomes part of finding a way forward.
Over time, I’ve come to see how meaning and purpose can also be something we build within a life itself, not something that only arrives through a single role or path, and often something that is shared rather than defined by one experience alone.
Coaching offers space to make sense of where you are now and focus on moving forward, finding ways to build a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and your own.
