Purchase
All purchases will be made in UK Pounds Sterling.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy Artwork. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Artwork has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Following purchase of Artwork either online or via the phone, Life Love and Me must receive the full amount payable from you before the Artwork is dispatched. All postage costs outlined are for the UK only. Other shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of the work and final delivery address. You will be notified of these shipping costs and they will be added to the total amount payable.
Delivery
All Artworks will be securely packaged. All packages will be dispatched by a standard, reputable courier firm for original artwork and recorded delivery for limited edition prints.
The Artwork may take between 10 to 14 days to arrive at your nominated delivery address.
You should inspect Artwork immediately upon receipt before signing confirmation of receipt. If the work arrives in a damaged condition and the damage is not discovered at the point of signing confirmation of receipt, any damaged work must be reported to sarah@lifeloveandme.co.uk within five days of receipt.
Your right to cancel
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen (14) working days (cooling-off period), beginning on the day after you received the Artwork. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Artwork in accordance with our refunds policy (set out below).
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing at sarah@lifeloveandme.co.uk You must also return the Artwork to us within 21 days, and at your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Artwork while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
We will refund the price of the Artwork in full, including the postage if the contract cancellation and return periods have been honoured, as above. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer any exchanges on our products
Liability
Subject as set out below, if either of us fails to comply with these Terms, neither of us shall be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the failure to comply with these Terms at the time we entered into this contract with one another.
We only supply the Artwork for domestic and private use. We shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits in any way our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Quality Assurance
The Seller believes that the services or goods they offer are of excellent quality and the Seller makes every attempt to offer the most efficient service they can. However, should the Seller’s goods or services not live up to the Buyer’s expectations then please contact the Seller at the earliest possible convenience by email.
Technical Disclaimer
This website, and any files or documents that the Buyer download from it, is not guaranteed to be free from any so-called computer viruses or malicious codes, and it is strongly recommended that the Buyer checks for such viruses before downloading it to their computer equipment.
Copyright
All rights are reserved. The copying or reproducing of any of the content of this website or any product sold from it is strictly prohibited without prior consent.
Overseas (non-UK) Customers
The Seller is a UK company based in England. All items on the Seller’s site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not the Buyer’s currency, the amount the Buyer actually pays will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.
Payment
All goods remain the property of Seller until full payment has been received and verified.
Changes to Terms
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms at any time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall affect the Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.
Legalities
All contracts made between Seller and the Customer is subject the English law and any disputes arising shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of English courts. These Terms and conditions do not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.
