Description
This painting captures a moment from time spent in Paxos, Greece. I was drawn to the incredible blues of the sea and sky and the contrast with the wildflowers, grasses and rocky landscape.
Working loosely with thinned oils and mainly brushwork, I wanted to capture not only the beauty of the views, but the sense of calm, space and freedom I felt being there.
