“Sarah is fantastic. She is warm and friendly and makes you feel at ease during the sessions. She is great at asking the right questions and is brilliant at making sure you have space to clarify your thoughts as the session progressed, meaning that I always left with clear ways forward each week. Having 3 or 4 key actions from each session was really helpful. These were either very practical actions or questions to consider, which were really useful in moving my thoughts on and also helped me to establish good routines and habits that have really changed the way I work and helped to enable the balance that I have been needing.
