The sessions far exceeded my needs. Sarah was absolutely fantastic, I would definitely see her again and anyone would be lucky to have her as their coach.

I learnt so much about myself and what I needed to do in order to push forward. I realised how little I practiced mindfulness which largely affects a lot of the things I was previously worried about. I now feel a lot less overwhelmed by my workload, because I’ve found better ways of dealing with it.
