    Loss can mean so much to so many, perhaps it’s the loss of a job, a relationship ending, a friendship changing, saying good bye to old chapters in our lives, or the worse of all, loosing someone close to us.   • Pushing through fear…………..

    So for those of you that read my blog regularly you’ll know I decided to take the plunge, and push through the fear and enrol on a coaching course earlier this year. Although it’s early days, it’s definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made this year! Two weekends ago I took part in my very first coaching workshop, which basically involved being assessed by fellow students and an assessor whilst coaching other students.
