Description
Storm is an expressive contemporary seascape capturing the power and movement of the sea as waves crash and churn. I used a mixture of mixed media, including ink, fabric, paper and crackle glaze, building up layers of texture and marks to create the energy and atmosphere of the storm.
The painting became the starting point for several other mixed-media pieces, including one I created for myself which now has pride of place in my bedroom.
Storm has since found a lovely home with a couple in Sussex who visited my Artists Open House in 2026.

Prints, cards and other smaller products
Prints, greetings cards, coasters and other smaller/unframed products are normally sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, tracked and signed for where available. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Original and framed artwork
For original artwork, framed artwork and items containing glass, please contact me before placing your order so that I can advise you on the most appropriate shipping arrangements and cost. These items require specialist packaging and/or delivery and may need a different courier service
Delivery times
Please allow at least two weeks from order processing for delivery, particularly for original or framed artwork where specific shipping arrangements may be required.
Collection
If you are local and would prefer to collect your purchase in person, please contact me in advance to arrange your purchase and collection.Breakages
