I was ready to post about my next steps but woke up to the awful news of the terrorist attack in Manchester, and my little life suddenly seems so insignificant!
To write about decisions about my next steps seems so wrong, when those caught up in the awful events last night, now have no next steps to take.
It reminds us to be thankful for what we have, to love every minute of life, even the tough bits, as someone out there whatever their circumstances might not have those opportunities.
As I said at my 40th party, some people might ask why would I bother celebrating birthdays when I get to my age, but I reckon you should celebrate getting to each milestone, after all, many people just don’t get to celebrate life as long as they should.
Sending love to all those affected in Manchester……. do not let the minority win, ensure peace wins over hate!
