• Mental Health Awareness Week 18-24 May 2020

    Awareness weeks are great for focusing more attention on mental health, but my hope would be that we all have more focus on everyone’s mental health, including our own every day. Speaking from a personal point of view I know how difficult it can be to open up to some people, for fear of being judged, so I just can’t imagine if this was the case if you had no one to trust.
