I had already written an entry for today, but somehow it didn’t feel right to write about something that seemed so trivial in the grand scheme of things.
Sometimes I know it’s hard not to get caught up in the things we might think are missing from our lives, when we constantly compare ourselves to friends, family members, or people online, but what tragedy often reminds us, is we should be thankful for what we do have.
Those poor people that have had their lives cut short, just going about their everyday activity, is just so sad, but filling the world with hate isn’t going to make it better. To overcome evil, we should stand together and support the good we see and be thankful for each and every day that we have.
Whether I am able to have children, or whether I don’t, I will always have the love and support of my friends and family and for that, I’m truly grateful.
For all those caught up in the chaos at Westminster yesterday, everyone’s thoughts are with you. Please don’t let this beat you and prevent you seeing the good in life.
